  1. Bookings must be made at least 2 days before the celebrant's birthday. Requests made closer to the date can't be accepted.
  2. A booking is only confirmed once payment (₵1,000) is received. Submitting this form reserves your request but does not guarantee it.
  3. A maximum of 20 bookings are accepted per date. Once a date is full, you'll need to choose another day.
  4. Please make sure the celebrant's name and voice note are accurate — this is what the video is built from.
